On April 28, BPC will host an event exploring two new and important sources of insight around building a strong teacher workforce to accelerate student outcomes. Data from both a new national survey from Gallup and the Walton Family Foundation, conducted in partnership with BPC, and the report of the Bipartisan Policy Center\u2019s Commission on the American Workforce point to a common conclusion: The challenge before us is not a lack of talent or commitment, but systems that are not designed for the realities of today\u2019s workforce.<\/p>\n \n
